When an unforeseen catastrophe occurred during a routine tune-up, the manager, Juan, worked to correct the issue by replacing a major system in my vehicle, at no charge to me. Neither the company, nor I, saw this catastrophe coming but their ownership of responsibility proved their commitment to their customers’ satisfaction.
